Position: Advertising Sales Account Executive for English Magazine and Website

Requirements
*Native English Speakers or Europeans
*Conversational or business level Japanese ability
*Live within the Greater Tokyo Area
*Must have a proper Work Visa
*Long-term Worker (at least one year)

Working conditions: Part-time, three days a week (choose from Monday to Friday)
Working hours: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Lunch break: 12:00 p.m. ~ 1:15 p.m.)

Remuneration: Monthly Payment
High commission plus monthly basic allowance.
Transportation expense, monthly sales performance bonus.

Estimated monthly income (Three days a week, excludes transportation expense)
JPY170,000 / month (in case of JPY 1million sales, about four restaurant advertorial)
JPY230,000 / month (in case of JPY 1.5million sales, about six restaurant advertorial)

Potential for rapid promotion. After several month experiences, there is a chance to be promoted to Full-timer / Sales Manager position depending on your sales performance.

Main responsibilities include: Market research, setting appointments, presentation to clients, contract negotiation, correct artwork materials and client management.
